It used to be a great place to live.. Back in April the building was becoming very empty due to the economy.. Then the leasing office started to rent to anybody and i mean ANYBODY that walked in the door.. Before mostly 85-95% college students to hard working white adults.. Now there are low income mothers in one bedroom apts with 5-6 kids living there. Kids playing in the parking garages like it s a park (screaming and yelling all the time), graffiti scratching and tags on the walls. Little thug wanna-be gangsters up and down the hallways at all hours of the night. Crack dealers letting homeless in the building to buy drugs or who knows what. I'm really disappointed in where this building has headed.. i guess anything to make a buck' or fill your apt with trash.. There are allot of people that loved living here and now will probably move..
