I recently moved here..

Years at this apartment: 2009 - 2009
 
and I think its great. I think that it could use some more work, but I have lived in apartments most of my life and its the same everywhere. I think the view is really cool and enjoyable. Rent is really cheap too.

So for now I think its worth it ..for me.

I will comment again when my lease is over.:)
