It seems like a great place to live, however, they DO NOT give back security deposits!!!! It has not just happened to me,but also to a number of my friends that have moved into the properties. There are a number of other apartments downtown that have great deals and have great management, this is NOT one. So be careful when moving to Broadway plaza lofts!

Well you probably dont get your deposit back cause you messed your apartment up cause your some young kid who's mom and dad pay your bills so you dont care. That's just my opinion but who am I just a resident that cares..
