A very peaceful place to live!

I love living at Buchtel Park! The apartments are extremely clean, roomy, and incredibly quiet! If you can- live in the 3700 building- it is the nicest one. It is in a great location, has reasonable rent rates, parking is good, and the maintenance staff is excellent! I highly recommend it!
