Apartments are OK, staff is not

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
Apartments are nice sized, grounds are lovely, great pool. However, staff is not quick to respond to even emergency requests for maintenance. Staff is very nice before you sign the lease, but likes to play "control" games once you are a tenant. They also charge an extra $50 if you are one day late on your rent, no matter what the circumstance, or if you have never been late before.
