Buchtel Park staff is unprofessional at best. I frequently heard the maintenance staff saying "Police open up," or "housekeeping, you need towels'" before entering apartments.

The rest of the staff consistently gossips about tenants who have paid late, or do not keep their apartments spotless.

The walls are thin, and the Management Office has begun letting college students move in, many of whom play their music very loud at all hours of the night.

I discovered after a major storm that my ceiling was leaking. I filed numerous complaints about this and by the time I left, it had still not been repaired.

Repeated cases of vandalism in the area, my car was broken into twice, a neighbor's three times over four years.
