Fine for short term renting; not long term

As far as the staff is concerned, they are very pleasant and I havent had problems with the maintenance staff in quite a while, but it's definitley a short term rent type of place 1-2 years tops! No more; the apartments are Okay at best, not horrible but nothing special and the trash in the stairwells along with feeling of never feeling quite safe there still lingers; moving out soon, been here almost 2 years; not renewing in the beginning of January 2005...
