I was reading the reviews, and thought they were a bit harsh. I lived in Buchtel on 2000. It was a great place, and was under the same ownership/management as they are today. Rent was competitive to the area, and it was a great location for me, as I worked in the tech center, and was planning on night school at DU.
And last but maybe most importantly, Dave and Busters is walking distance from the apartment.
