Great deal for the DU Area!

I don't really know why Bucthel Park has gotten such bad reviews here, my experience has been very positive!
The apartment I currently rent is large with nice utilities. The building is quiet and I feel very secure. I have also never had a problem with any of the office staff and my maintainence requests have always been attended to on the same day.
As a student with a tight budget for rent I have found Buchtel to be one of the absolute best bargains near DU and I'm happy to say I'll be signing another 1 year lease!
