For someone with a lower income or a student, this place is great. The people are mostly very courteous, the management is friendly and helpful, the apartments are very clean and the designs are nice. Even a little bit stylish.
The common area and the elevators are pretty dirty, and the workout room is falling apart, but other than that, it has been an extremely positive experience so far.
