I'm not sure what used to go on here back in 2007, but I have lived here since last year and it is NOTHING like a dorm or student housing! Venetia, the manager is wonderful! The maintenance guys are great as well! The building is kept clean ie: laundry rooms, fitness center, hallways, common areas and they just had all the exterior windows cleaned for the entire building. The elevators always work, garage parking is less here than other downtown apts, the location is fantastic and rent isn't too expensive!
I live in a 1 bedroom and my heating/cooling bill has never been more than $48. I don't pay for the water and the building has Direct TV! Your neighbors speak to you in the elevator or hallways and there is a nice mix of all ages and small dogs! = )

Seriously I read the reviews from 2007 and I was like WHAT? Cap Heights is NOTHING like a dorm, lol... I can't hear anyone through my walls... ever (they're concrete).
