Although the aparments are large, they are overpriced for their quality. The building is in disrepair, elevator constantly breaks down (ocassionally with someone in it), heat has to be "repaired" every year because it never works. The management is rather unhelpful...I had several "lost" maitanence calls, they never had my information although I gave it to them several times. Resident morale is low. Only benefit is really the size is great.
