	Not so great and slowly getting louder by the year. Noisy traffic from 13th and adjoining lower rent apartment building. Dated windows provide no insulation from either cold or heat. Bedrooms located adjacent to neighbors kitchens.

	I lived in the Captain for a year. I loved my apartment, it was clean and fresh and we had a prety cool view from the third floor. The people were friendly, and I can´t think of any major problems ... more
