The rent may be cheap and the vintage deco might be appealing, but it will not be worth it. Landlord is crazy and will enter your apartment whenever he wants and spies on tentants. If you ask him to fix anything he blames it on you and misuse, this includes leaks. If you ask him to replace something that has been falling apart for years he calls it nostalgic and wont do anything...until you move out and then try to charge you for it.The "game room" consists of a pool table and no cues and an excercise bike from the 80s, also a $100 deposit is required to get in... wHAT' THIS GUY IS A CROOK! YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK and he will probably add other fees. I wish i had read the reviews before i moved in!
