We moved in the carpets were frayed around the wall, stains. When it rained the dining room carpet was completely soaked from water coming under the patio door. When reported maint. came out and coaked around the door but they never sent anyone out to dry carpet. Carpet is now ruined, ants were under the carpet. The former rental agent stated that we would not be charged. When we moved in she stated we would have to pay one months rent plus the deposit, which the new rental agents will not honor and the lease states $1,139.00 which includes a $99.00 deposit. Now I understand from the new leasing agents this is all wrong, they stated they are in the business of making money and I would get my deposit back within 60 days of moving. I wish to use the months rent as my last. I do not wish for my deposit back they can keep it.
