Very bad apt. The Maintenance are nice people but the problems are not fixed on time & sometimes totally forgotten. I paid a little over $400 but it was not worth tht much. Its is rat & roach infested. Their A/C unit only cools the living room. However it is very spacious. In the 6 months i lived there I faced problems from the beginning. Heating insulation was not bad at all.
