So, I moved into this apartment after I looked at it and was aproved the same day. I was told there was a slight bug problem (Like others on here, bugs to me are crickets and spiders) but she said they were in the process of taking care of it and that it shouldn't be a concern.
Boy was I in for a surprise!!!!!
About a month after moving in I began to see cockroaches EVERYWHERE. It was SICK. Then a few weeks later I was noticing strange rash like bites all over my boyfriends back and arms, but we couldn't explain it.. I didn't even think it was bed bugs becasue I was not getting bitten. But after I began to see dead bed bugs EVERYWHERE. In my BED, SHOWER, COUCH, CLOTHES, BLANKETS. Freaking EVERYTHING I OWN HAS THEM!! It is so bad. I am FURIOUS. I have called over and over and over to complain about the problem but they do not seem to care. They "spray" once a week, but it does NOTHING. I had to buy a new bed because mine was toast. It was INFESTED with seriously hundreds of nasty little blood sucking bugs. I was finding up to TEN. DAILY! It was HORRIBLE. And now, to top things off, my boyfriend has them because they have traveled in my clothing and his.
You can't use the washer and dryer for fear of getting them worse... It is terrible. I don't even go home anymore.
And they post this stupid note on your door two days before a spray saying you have to pack up your whole apartment so they cankill em. But it doesnt work... I mean, do you honestly think we all want to pakc up our plaes every single week to get rid of a problem that doesn't go away'!
Noooowww when I move into my new place I am petrified that I will bring them along! I was told by the manager that I have 3 choices, I can either get an entire extermination (a few hundred bucks, that i certainly don't have), I can "work with them" on getting rid of the problem. OR I can LEAVE EVERYTHING BEHIND!
I was like, yeah, right, i'm a freakin college student! I can't just leave it all behind because you guys have some f-ed up property management! NO WAY!
I am going to try to take them to small claims court for the cost of an extermination and the cost of my new bed, which was nearly 300 bucks because i had to toss my pillows comforter sheets, everything. Now i have to get a new couch and my cats shaved because they can travel on them

So yeah, I wouldn't recamend living here.

Oh yeah. I forgot, I was out of town for 4 days and came home to both of my windows being broken out and glass all over my bedroom and lving room floor and a note on my door saying "we were in your house to fix your windows"
