I have lived in Carriage House Apartments for 2 years, and did not know I could have been at another BETTER CLEANER SAFER NICERLOOKING place with a pool, jacuzzi, gym, and more for around the same price. The manager is white trash. She leaves very unprofessional handwritten notes with profanity on them daring tennants to test her "patience" God, I didn't know she HAD paitence! She is very rude on the phone, very rude in person, and the reason I cma leaving is because nothing ever gets fixed!!! I have had to call several times about several issued that NEVER HAVE GOT RESOLVED!! Please consider other apartment buildings. The people who live there are for the most part very nice. You can hear almost everything that goes on in the apartments next to you, the cabinets are gross, the floors are stained and cracked. There are water stains all over the ceilings, The apartments are just disgusting.
I don't know who wrote the good reviews about management, surely it was management themselves.
