This is an apartment that I will not recommend. I agree with the previous reviewer. The manager is very rude, comes into our apartment without consent, goes through our belongings and takes down to us. When we have guests over for dinner, she will intimidate our guests and make them feel very uncomfortable.

The manager seems to always be looking for trouble with their tenants. She makes up the rules as she desires and she changes it the next day. She is very rude in person, on the phone and at us.

The condition of the apartment is only mediocre. It is old and the apartment haven't been upgraded in a long time.

I highly don't recommend this apartment. If you are looking for apartments around DU, there are several new constructions near Buctell and University Blvd.

The manager issues a warning about no BBQ in the patio area of our apartment by the City of Denver, but she has one herself on her own patio area.

I do not recommend this apartment because of the manager.
