I have only been here a month and hate the place. The carpet is filthy and smells like dogs, the linoleum is so cheap it emits a strong plastic odor that fills the kitchen and bathroom, the refridgerator dumps water all over our food, when it's cold out the house maintains no heat, the floorboards squeek almost anywhere you walk on the second level. For what I pay in rent I would expect to at least have a cleaned up carpet. And yes, lots of dogs.
