I moved from a nearby apartment complex to C.P. in order to get an attached garage and more sq. ft. for about the same price. The previous complex was more insulated from neighbour noise, but the trek to the garage was a bit much.

The people working at C.P. are great, just as those at my previous complex were.

Pros:
Caring staff; Attached Garage with ample storage space; high ceilings; great park across the street; roomy; kitchen counter space and cupboards.

Cons:
Can hear and smell neighbor's activities; Residents don't park cars in garages; more dust than I've seen anywhere I've ever lived; refridgerator; workmanship.
