Good location, great staff, but a bit ovrpriced and a couple of complaints

My overall experience has been good but have had a couple of concerns for anyone wanting to move to this community.
1. Curbside trash pick up (M-F morning)is nice but a lot of residents abuse this privilege by leaving out their trash all day or on the weekends. I can't imagine the number of rodents and animals this must attract at night. Plus it's disgusting to look at everyone's trash at such a nice community.
2. The apartments are not constructed well. You can hear almost any noise of your neighbor and even smell their cooking.
