I love the location if you're looking to move to the Tech center. Within walking distance of a coffee, bars and restaurants. The garage is a huge plus, the neighbors are friendly and there's a great park nearby. Also a great place if you have a dog- lots of people to walk with, conveinent trash bags for pick up, etc.
