Noise a Nightmare from Units Above in Phase III Lower Level

Phase III lower units (at least my unit)hear almost every noise from units above. From people walking to all water use, sink, flushing, washer/dryer to vacuuming to stereo/tv's. Unfortunately, there is no soundproofing so you hear almost everything from unit above. It is excessive, not just occasional, so consider this when thinking of renting the lower apartment in Phase III. Otherwise, love it! x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
