I love living in Carriage Place. I lived in a one bedroom townhome in Phase III then moved to a 2 bedroom townhome also in Phase III. I was planning on renewing my lease but they raised my renewal rate over $200. I know they are at 99% occupancy and its a GREAT community but come on!! I am a good tenant and expected a little loyalty. I recommend the complex ten times over but be prepared to pay a lot more in rent when your lease is up. It's truly disappointing. I have a call into the apartment manager, we'll see.
