I would not recommend this place, noise was a big problem and leasing staff unwilling to do anything about it. Apartment manager let us break our 1 year lease after 6 months rather than assist us with noise. Leasing staff simply just does not care. Great place if you are never home and don't mind a lot of noise.

Traffic noise or resident noise? Did you live in a bottom floor apartment? How many bedrooms did you have?

It was probably other residents. Some of the buildings seemed to lack quality insulation. I had a place where the guy below me smoked like a chimney. The bottom of my stairwell smelled like old smoke. I could hear the occasional sub-woofer from a neighbor, but I just asked them to turn it down. It sounds like the staff was cooperative if they let this reviewer out of their lease early. The traffic noise is non-existant as the DTC is a place of business.
