The price is higher than other communities but it's worth it. I pay an extra $30 per month pet fee. The property is beautiful, my apartment is perfect. I can walk to several restaurants and walk my dog in the nice park across the street. The neighbors are friendly and the staff is excellent. Hardly no kids at all and lots of other dogs for my dog to socialize with on walks.
