You'll love it here then. We moved in over 6 mths ago and have had a on going struggle with them. They spray every month and we spray and we have already caught on sticky pads over 100. I can't wait to get out of here. We pay alot for rent and live in an apt under another family. You hear them all thru the night flushing, walking etc. There isn't any insulation. The heat runs non-stop like living in a tent. The carpet is wore to the pad and the cabinets needed paint but they said they wouldn't paint them when we moved in. We do love the area tho and are looking for another place close by but above ground! THe people running the place are real nice and most of the time they are quick to fix something but alot of times they come look and say they couldn't find anything wrong buyt that's typical with most apt places. The gym is alright except they have only 2 treadmills and with all the apts here everyone fights for them. They finally got a new tanning bed but it's already not working.
