We are so glad to be out of these apartments. We had many small problems with this place which added up in the end.
First of all they are outdated and have very cheap appliances and decor. It looks all good initially in their model but as you live there, and look closer you realize the lack of quality. For example our stove top would no get hot and really affected cooking. We called maintenance, they checked it out while we were gone and told us it worked fine, so it never was fixed.
The walls are paper thin. We could hear the neighbor vacuum, even while our TV was on.
The people in the office are very nice but don't actually solve any concerns or fix problems. They seem unorganized, we receive the wrong quote for our rent price one month, then a many months later we received a harsh/threatening letter stating we owed them money. When we moved in they were not clear about what was included, we had the 2bdrm and were under the impression that there was a bay window were instead it was a dry bar.
They are overprice for what you get. We also got screwed out of a lot of our deposit. Even thought you give them outrageous non-refundable deposits which are really fee's (and they should just call them that!) Their pet deposit/fees and rent are very high.
Some positive things were the convenience of having a fitness center, also the pool. And it is conveniently located to lost of useful stuff.
