I recieved a bill a few days after I moved out for $1100. This included replacing all of the carpet, exisiting grease stains in the garage and driveway, stove pans, "auto fees", and about 15 other ridiculous charges. We are currently fighting these charges as they are completely false and the Carraige Place office seems to be trying to take advantage of us.

On top of this, for the year we lived there, we were harrassed by the groundskeeper weekly about odd problems such as dog poop from other tenants, trash pickup, etc. A very grumpy, rude man.

The units themselves are very cheaply built and maintained. Our blinds were never fixed even though we called maintanence to repair them several times (and we were charged for replacing them in our move-out bill) The roof leaked, leaving stains on the walls and ruining the drywall (we called, but maintanence never called back or repaired).

Anytime my neighbors took a shower/turned on the faucet, we could hear the plumbing through the walls.

We also had a prosititute living a few doors down from us, the police were called several times.

The office staff was not helpful, and would not bother to interupt a conversation with a potential tenant in order to help an existing one.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX TO ANYONE.
