Terrible Management

Their was nothing wrong with the unit, however the managment is terrible. We left a month ago for a new home and was charged an AMAZING amount of money for new carpet (even though the carpet was old when we moved in and they admitted that). I understand that it is a recession, however I don't believe that it is fair to pawn off an old expense on your last renter.
DTC has too many apartments; don't bother wasting your time with such a terrible company.
