I have the same complaint as everyone else. Ironic' I think not. Carriage Place charged me our entire deposit 250 extra for every possible thing you can think of. I lived there with my wife and we kept it clean, the point being no matter how clean you keep it they will still charge you for wear and tear on carpet. Also, the walls are thin, so I hope you loke your neighbors.
Take my word for it, keep out! DTC has MUCH better options!
