I have resided in several apartment complexes and I would have to say that so far Carriage Place is my favorite. The community is very quiet and clean. I love that there are propane grills located in the pool areas. It is very convenient that there is a business center that contains Internet access. The fitness center is open 24 hours, so I can work out any time I feel like it. This community is located in a nice area, with a park located across the street. Every time, I happen to glance out of my window, I see someone running, walking, bike riding, walking their dog, etc and I love that. It keeps me motivated. My service requests are taken care of in a timely manner. I am a student and is also very convenient that the light rail is a few blocks aways from the community. The units are very nice and well built. Every unit has a attached garage and these are good size garages. Carriage Place Staff are very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Carriage Place offers many activities for their residents, such as swimming parties, barbecues, breakfast, etc. I feel very comfortable interacting with staff at any time. When I moved in, my carpet was brand new. I plan on renewing my lease. Overall, I love this community and I would recommend it to anyone.
