I realize I lived here for way longer then was necessary but I needed the break on rent. Yes, it is cheap. This, however, proves the saying, "you get what you pay for". The only thing that has been improved since I have been here is fresh paint. They have painted the outside and the interior of the stairwells. The carpet in all the hallways is disgusting. The elevator is scary for several reasons. First, it rarely works. Second, it smells as if people have defecated in it. The door requires painting every weekend because it is covered by graffiti and it has been littered with trash. IF you are looking for something that is secure forget the doors here are open all the time. My AC was out for over three weeks. I have had to have an exterminator for cockroaches and other bugs more than twice. My back window of my car was shot out with a gun. The pool is disgusting and this summer alone has had to be drained three times. Most of this happened within the past 6 months. The apartment managers are slum lords that do not care about anything but a buck. Do not move here to only save money. There ARE other, BETTER, options!!!!!

I think Cherry Creek Place is great. Look around the area!!!! And if I remember correctly the management has sent out several rewards to the residents who help catch whoever is doing the vandalizing. The pool gets shut down and drained because the residents put broken glass in it. I am glad management acts quickly on these types of things instead of not doing anything and letting people get hurt. I think managment does a good job for the most part. Its the slugs that live in the building. Sure its cheap but overall its not bad. RESIDENTS JUST NEED TO TAKE BETTER CARE OF WHERE THEY LIVE!!!!!!!
