Everything that has been written before amd more: The balconies are spacious so in summer you might want to move your bed there because it gets hotter in the apartment that outside (you can probably charge a fee and advertise it a sauna).

Maintenance and management is non-existent, no matter what.

If you have a serious problem and can't fix it yourself, you might want to call them twice a day and in two weeks you will eventually receive a response.In fact, if I forgot to leave my check for the rent they probably wouldn't even notice.

The pool is obviously someone's science project, in the 3 years I've lived here it has not been cleaned once.

You have people hogging the laundry room, obviously doing it for the entire neighbourhood.

If someone sneezes in the appartment on the opposite side of the building you'll hear it.

What else' Gee I don't know.

I'm staying here only out of financial reasons but am considering seriously getting out of here because it's getting dangerous.
