Just take a walk in the club house and you will see everything is circa 1970. If you need something fixed...they will try to do in in a year or two. Joe Furer the owner is a cheap ---! Please don't ever live here. If you want bed bugs and roaches...then this is the place for you. Do not be drawn in by cheap rent...the appliances are original...yuck. There are bums living under the stairs...
