Well, first of all, they rented me an apartment with 2 broken drains. Which they knew about, and it took almost a month for them to fix them both. And that was after at least 15 trips to the office to ask/complain about it. The leasing and maintenance staffs are rude and act as though you are putting them out when you need something done. The buildings are poorly maintained, and it is very common to find garbage (by the bag full) and dog feces on the hallway floors. The neighbors play their music so loud that things often fall from the walls late into the night, refusing to answer the door if you try to ask them to turn it down. It is awful! You do not want to live here, trust me!



I'm adding this after moving out... When my roommate and I moved in, we made it clear to Nosh (the office manager) that I would be leaving in 6 months. We were still coerced to sign a year lease, being assured that it would be no problem to take my name off at the end of the first six months. Come the time for me to move we went to the office to sign the paperwork and were informed by Nosh that they don't now, nor have they ever allowed anybody to sign over a lease. I am just adding this as a warning to any of you that these people cannot be trusted, get EVERYTHING in writing from them. They will lie right to your face. Little do they know, I did my homework. What we had was a verbal contract with a witness and that WILL hold up in court. Now, this is just a big pain in my butt to get it all taken care of. If you are willing to risk it and take a chance on this community, don't trust a word the management says!

NOSH WAS AN IDIOT THEY FIRED. IVE LIVED THERE OVER A YEAR NOW THIS PERSON MUST HAVE LIVED IN THE WEST SIDE APARTMENTS THE BUILDINGS ON THE EAST SIDE ( LIKE MINE) ARE QUITE AT NIGHT AND YOU CANT SMELL ANY WEED. IT IS WELL KNOWN THEY PUT THE PARTIERS IN THE WEST SIDE BUILDINGS IF YOU HAVE KIDS THEY PUT YOU IN THEM. IF YOUR SINGLE LIKE ME AND DRUG AND "PARTY FREE" THEN THEY PUT YOU IN THE GOOD BUILDINGS. THE MAINTINCE PEOPLE ARE IMPROVING NOT GOOD BY ANYMEANS BUT GETTING BETTER. NEW MANAGEMENT IS VERY NICE.
