I don't know how this place got such a high review, 30 would be pushing it. The place is old and filthy and no one seems to care. Maintenance takes forever to respond to things and you're lucky if it's done right the first time. They are a "mottly" crew to say the least, their appearance is trashy and I wouldn't trust one of them alone in my place.

The buildings are supposed to be "secured". More often than not, the doors are left open (not closed all the way) and the intercom system never works. People have to call before they come on the off chance the door is closed.

The office staff changes like most people change their underwear, must be a great place to work! Most are pleasant enough but I never know who I'm going to deal with when I get there.

Would it be asking to much for some new carpet in the hallways, or at least a yearly shampoo'

i agree 100% about staff i wouldnt trust them either inside my place. i currently live there. they look dirty like they never shower and have an inch of dirt on them. other then that cant beat the value. little old could use updating neededs dishwasers but i have no other complaints.
