Right now hardly a C grade more like D and sloping downward. I live here currently as of June 25 2009. The apartments are falling apart gradually and even with a revamp of the outside facade with creme colored siding, the security doors many times are rigged, don't work right or falling apart, not only making it difficult at many times to keep "un wanted" folks out, but also for us to get IN! The buzzer intercom has NEVER WORKED EVER! useless, the quality of neighbors is getting worse with tennants of hostile and rude manners that stay up all night are common. This makes for 2am wake up with radios, shouting and tires screeching. If you have pets DON"T MOVE HERE! they charge 300 for deposit, 25 per pet PER MONTH! FOR PET RENT!! OUTRAGEOUS! they changed the steam units for heating (included WITH the rent) to electric units in the ceiling that are now part of YOUR electric bill! The owner is in NY, hardly comes out and doesn't care about this place but money. I suggest unless you are just trying to get out of downtown denver (another HORRIBLE place to live as I have been there too) DON"T bother with here.. it is too big, too many problems and would need some decent money to get it up and going to any decent level. The halls FLOOD with water during hard rain storms, and they are charged HIGH prices for putting in new hardwood floors from carpet, with granite counter tops in kitchens hardly room for one (let alone 2 people)to get around in. Unless single person moving here DON"T BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE!

I live here as well have and have for nearly 4 years and can't believe how idiotic the above person's comment are. A small section of one hallway flooded because there were FLASH FLOODS going all over the southern Denver/Glendale area last Thursday. I guess receiving hurricane type rain , so much rain that there were cars underwater just North or our apartments is the property managment's fault? That's ridiculous logic on your part. Additionally, how are the constant construction and improvements going all over the property downgrading the property? We have been given new windows, new heaters (which the boilers were breaking down a lot and that's why they switched - we got new ones so the tenants could have reliable heat), the hallways are being done with laminate and tile (they already started that in my building). This summer, we're even getting brand new apartment doors! How is that bad? The owner (who is in Nevada by the way, not New York) has spent thousands and thousands of dollars on this place in the past year. My intercom works just fine. If your's doesn't work - did you even bother to tell them????? I live in one of the remodeled units that you are griping about in fact - I would have paid $600 just down the street for the same type of apartment but here I pay $500! That's a great deal.
Instead of complaining to people who can't do anything about your complaints, go tell Misty in the office your problems - seems kind of stupid to complain about issues on here where no one can do anything about them. They work hard around here with a HUGE maintenance staff to keep things going.
