Bad Landlord

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
 
The previous owner was great, easy to work with etc. The new owner is horrible is overbilling me when i have a signed lease from the previouse landlord. Will be moving out very shortly. Multiple car break ins while i lived there, landlord did nothing about it other than SORRY!
