I just bought a condo in this recently converted complex. Everything is kept clean and manicured outside and the newly renovated units are stocked with stainless appliances, ceiling fans throughout, new windows, sliding glass doors to patios and balconies, new doors, etc... The residents are mostly younger, buying their first homes, and the security seems not to be an issue. My unit has increased (yes in this poor market) in value in the last few months from a purchase price of $111,000 to $135,000. Not such a bad place
