The building itself is fine. It's the management that's lacking in professionalism. The manager is a grumpy old man who gets upset if you even talk to him. I've had several issues with the apartment since I moved in and every time I go to the manager I get attitude and cut off while I'm talking and told to fill out a form. Then when the assistant manager finally came to fix my issues he did half the work and made up excuses for the rest. He even lied about checking a light fixture with an electrical short. He said he came in while I was at work and checked it and said it was fine...it was my day off and I waited all day for him. He never showed up.
