The building has always had problems with bed bugs, although the Management has never sprayed the building! The Manager is a grumpy old man in his 90's that seems to thiunk he has the eright to walk into anyones apartment at free will. Even when your home, he never knocks and just walks in. He will then deny it, and threaten to evict you if you make a complaint.... There are plenty of nice buildings in the area, stay away from this one, the rents are too high, the amenities are filthy, and the lobby smells of smoke!
