The apartments are a little dated. The floors creak and the bathroom walls are thin. They promised us new countertops and new carpet with a full size washer and drier. After a month of living there they delivered the full size washer and drier. Things are fixed within 24 hours of letting the office know. Everyone is very friendly and you cant beat the prices. (exception, pet rent/deposit is crazy)
