It's unfortunate that I have to rate this complex the way I do. It's location is very convenient and easily accesible from almost anywhere in east or south denver metro area. The staff is very nice and professional, the price is great, and the layout of the apartments is very attractive. Unfortunately though the walls are paper thin. As I write this review I am listening to the people next door talk about their favorite bands. That's right. Their talking, not yelling, just talking, and I can hear every word as if they were in another room in my apartment with the door open. Imagine how it gets here when they play music, at any volume. If you want to live in your own apartment, stay away from this complex. If you are okay sharing your space with a bunch of other people, this may be the right place for you. The other problem is that every room in the apartment shares a common wall with another apartment. There are no isolated areas to escape the noise. The staff does a good job of trying to keep it down, but when you can hear conversation, even their best is not that helpful.
