I have lived at Commons Park West for the past 3 years and the service and experience has gotten worse each year. To start - my car has been repeatedly vandalized in the "secure" parking garage. When i spoke to the front office, the girls said it happens all the time, there is nothing they can do about it and to deal with it on my own. When i asked for help, they said that they are not liable for it. The apartments are very cheap and the pipes always freeze in the winter causing them to burst and flood. One such incident occurred in my apartment, and again, the front office said they are not liable and to deal with it myself. Also - this is the only place i have lived where they continually raise the rent no matter the economic situation. If you sign a 3 month lease, a 6 month lease or a 12 month - you will get an increase with your renewal and they are always non-negotiable. The people that work here are SO incompetent it is NOT worth the location. Do NOT live here!

I completely agree with this review, I lived there for two years and I hated it. It was noisy, the people who lived there tended to be immature "young professionals" meaning they ran around screaming and drunk most of the time especially around 2-3am when the bars are closed. The fire alarms went off repeatedly in the middle of the night. The pipe to our washer burst and they tried to blame us for it when there was no way possible it was our fault. In the mean time our stuff was destroyed and they did nothing. They tried to raise the rent to inconsiderable amounts and that is when we said enough is enough. the management and staff got worse and worse over time. I would never recommend anyone live there. Sure the location is excellent, but it isnt worth it for what you get out of it in the end.
