I have been very pleased with living here. There is plenty of street parking along with paid spaces. I never hear my neighboors. Building is very well maintained, the Landscape is gorgeous with many gardens and open space. Very accomadating office staff. Pets are allowed and spoiled by the Staff. They also throw great parties several times a year, wine tastings, margarita parties, even a luau with a roasted pig. I live in the older Gardens building and would not trade it to live in the Tower building. Locked Buildings and you sctually have a backdoor. My only complaint is the single paned windows makes it a bit chilly sometimes. Also in the Garden apts. there are not dishwashers, but its a fair trade for an apartment with such style. You get all of the amenities of the new Towers, Great Gym , Billards room, party room a library,and a pool.
