Well, I had high hopes of this place. Great view, nice people. The front office people are very nice. But the rest of the place is not worth the money.
The fire alarm constantly goes off, the elevators have had issues (some serious) since Aug. 2002. The laundry facilities are not reliable, and oddly priced differently on the higher floors.
I saw a maintenace staffer attack the manager and get into a fight with the residents. The management company has refused to pay for damages on people property...too many issues to list.
I like the area, but I am moving out at the end of my lease.
Parking is okay if you have a reserved spot, else, it is a nightmare.
