I have lived here for a year. It was never all that great, but lately its been really bad. I was told it was a great place because of the "lifestyle". Depends on the lifestyle that you want to live. Residents are loud, and immature.

They try to make up for the extras (no Hot Tub, small common areas) with resident parties that must cost a fortune. At a couple of them the staff has been totally smashed.

Speaking of the staff. Maint. people arent to bad, actually they are the best staff here. Office staff, lately has been a total joke. Also dont believe anything the Manager says, she lies through her teeth, and plays favorites. If she likes you, you can get away with anything, if not well watch out. Get copies of everything, and I mean everything, even rent, they "loose" stuff and screw up accounts in the office all the time in the front office, its a joke.

They have told us that with a new management team things would get better, well they arent, the only thing that has changed it the color of the paint in various locations.

Parking is a nightmare, they were trying to fix it for awhile, even had people partoling it, but it seems to have been forgotten about now.

Basically this place is a joke, and outdated for the price you pay. This is supposed to be a high class property, but it just cant seem to get its act together. No Washers in units, no baseboards in units, the gardens dont have AC or even garbage disposals....and they want $1000 or more.

I encourage you to truly explore you options before renting here. I wish I had, because there are lots high rises that a much newer and have better extras. When my lease is up I plan on moving either to another place ASAP.
