This is a great established address with wonderful views (from the Towers) and interesting friendly people. The housekeeping staff, maintenance, and desk group are friendly and very responsive to needs. Amenities are equal to the newer suburbian developments, but with maturity. Building design features, from the 1920's, cannot be matched by the cookie-cutters in the suburbs. This location is a short walk to Washington Park and very near LoDo and Cherry Creek.
